My Summit
My Summit has multiple peaks. I believe that we should always strive to climb and achieve certain goals, even the ones that seem unattainable. For me that translates to a life full of health and happiness. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is the best way for me to continue to reach new heights, and I want to be able to do that for a long time. This is why I am extremely passionate about nutrition and exercise. Through exercise we can train our bodies to perform at their highest levels, and we can change unhealthy habits into new positive hobbies. Life is 10% what happens to you, and 90% how you respond.
